YSA Conference, Czech Republic

Last week we had the opportunity to attend a Young Single Adult Conference in the Czech Republic. We were in the city of Sec, about 100 kilometers from Prague. The Czech Republic is a beautiful country with rolling green hills, forests, and very clean.
The conference was attended by 240 Young Single Adults from Albania, Croatia, Czech Republic, Germany, Hungary, Moldova, Poland, Romania, Serbia, Slovakia and Slovenia.
We had religious instruction, workshops for life skills, wonderful talks by Church Leaders, a talent show, an international evening where the youth showcased their countries and the history of the Church in their countries and of course a dance every evening. Many friendships were formed and others renewed at this conference, both with the Young Single Adults and us "Senior Missionaries". Each country was represented by at least one Senior Couple so it was great for us to meet them and "compare notes" and experiences.
The above slide show is just a small sample of the wonderful young people we met and the beautiful country we had the blessing of visiting. It was wonderful on Friday evening to hear the testimonies of many of these special young people from all over Eastern Europe.
